We send your information to our external Email Marketing/ CRM service "ActiveCampaign" to store your data, allowing us to communicate with you on an ongoing basis and provide the specific service to you.

If you have previously agreed to The Trauma Solution using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by simply clicking the unsubscribe link within the footer of any email that is sent to you using the ActiveCampaign service.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information including the use of a secure server when sensitive/credit information is supplied. Sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology via our Payment gateway providers database, only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Although they are not currently in use, we may use Google AdWords Remarketing and/or Facebook Ads Remarketing to trigger display ads across the Internet. We will update this segment if we do.

Remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you based on what parts of The Trauma Solution website you have viewed by placing a cookie on your machine.
